Agree whole-heartedly with you. But go into your local music store and ask for a Yardbirds album and see what reaction you get. All the clerks know who Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton are, and some may even know Jeff Beck (you know, "Beck's father or uncle or something!"), but none of them know the band. Kinda sad
