Finally... someone who likes MGMT! Do you have Oracular Spectacular? I made a thread for these guys. They are incredible, that song especially. Katy Perry makes a good cover for it, but I'm sure you most likely don't care for her.

Oh I'm one of the dedicated for life fans of MGMT. Long before they went on the radio for "Time To Pretend" and "Kids". They faded out of the lime light with "Congratulations" and I'm more than okay with that. A new album is in the works, I can't tell you how thrilled I am. They have that bohemian hippie thing going on which adds to my draw as I'm quite a bit of that myself.

I did hear the Katy cover and you're right - I "disliked" it.
She has somewhat of an unpleasant voice to me.
Her style of music is what holds her back. It just didn't work as a song choice for her.
