Very interesting strange band....popular with many on Prog Archives.
DEvo meets Talking Heads meet Zappa....on acid.

Apparently tons of bands were fans of the Cardiacs, from Prog groups to Death Metal bands. Faith No More, Napalm Death, IQ, Radiohead, Blur, etc etc. They were really a musician's-favorite kind of band.
