Great rendition of the song. You'll notice that the last four minutes are basically just extended jamming and some noise. The version you are hearing is not the LP version but the CD version. The CD version is in fact the extended version used for the 8-track tape. Many bands (record companies) did this to avoid dead space on 8-track tapes. Did I reveal my age? I think the most famous instance of this was Pink Floyd's Animals. People bought the 8-track for an extra 40 seconds or something like that.
