I recall this being an “everything’s a dollar” store finds in the 90’s.
They sold new, cds for $1. So often I would judge a cd by its cover, if it looked interesting I would risk a buck and give it a listen.
Some of my other more remarkable $1 store purchases were King Blank To-Ian Lowry Group, Never Never Land-Simon F, and Syntonic-Kon Kan.
