I can't say that I'm a huge fan of Vanilla Fudge but I like their early stuff though. I must say that their music and style is unique, and it is a shame it is so underrated. I like the album you posted, but I also do like their albums 'The Beat Goes On'(1968) and 'Near The Beginning' (1969). I don't know that much about their popularity in the 60s and 70s, because it is music I have been listening to later. I was not listening that much to that kind of music, at that time
