Vintage Valentine's Day - WOW!

My sweetie gave me my Valentine's present today and am I excited! He pulled out our 1973 Akai X1810 reel-to-reel (which has been in storage since 1981), and cleaned up the heads (and various other parts) so that I can listen to our extensive, taped music library which we recorded throughout the 70's. HOWEVER, we needed an amp & speakers. So, for Valentine's Day he got me a 1980 Sansui AU-D11 amp with matching TU-S9 tuner, and a set of Sansui SPX8900 speakers (6 speakers - 15" woofer ea.). But, that wasn't good enough... he added another set of 1978 Bang & Olufsen M70 speakers (4 speakers - 10" woofer ea.) We've been playing classic-rock tapes all evening listening to Zeppelin, The Allmans, George Harrison, Yes, Blind Faith, and MANY others on this vintage equipment. I am in a Valentine's rock-n-roll heaven - who needs candy or flowers?
