Remember when Celtic Frost played the hair band game for a bit...not in sound of course..the sound was all like evil still but the MTV image was fluffed out a bit. Not knocking those bands...just wierd on CF.

To be fair, I have to first admit I am not super familiar with either band. With that said I have to go with Celtic Frost from what I have listened to. Both bands are similar, but Venom has a bit more agression, IMHO.
