I want to introduce this awesome band to who I have been listening to for a couple of weeks now.

It's The XX. I can tell you a massive story but words are not enough to describe. Here's some songs:

Where are they from Ezequiel, and are they new or have they been around for a while?

They are from London and have been around since 2005 but their debut album, XX, was only released last year.

Hey Ezequiel, this is my favorite group you've introduced me too! I really like the Intro musical piece and the male female vocals on VCR! Really slow moody music but it didn't bore me like a lot of minimalist music does!

XX are a little overhyped but their debut album is pretty good. I was a little disappointed with their live show which I saw last year. Maybe they are just young and new and will hopefully work on the live performance.

Would someone please enlighten my about this band? How long have they been around, where are they from? What's their best recording?
