Chicago are back in the studio, working on a new album with producer Phil Ramone, who was at the helm of the band’s 1978 record Hot Streets. According to Music-News.com, the guys spent three weeks in Nashville recording new music and will finish up early next year, then release the set sometime in 2011. So what number album is this? Founding member Robert Lamm said, “I have no idea. We are in the 30s I think.”
