Ted Nugent is a dick head! It's like he goes out of his way to piss off everybody!

100% true and exactly the reason I can't get too worked up over him.

That being said....

Nugent is a singer and guitarist that was in two good bands. Bach is poseur extraordinaire.

Same here. I haven't heard his latest album, but I like a lot of his newer material, although I'll admit it's not nearly as good as his old stuff.

Except for surprisingly good retro-sounding new bands like The Sword or Orchid.

Few classic bands put out anything good when they do create new music. The Scorpions are one of the exceptions, Sting In The Tail was amazing.

Sonic Boom from KISS was really good. Nothing new I've tried to listen to from Ted really did anything for me. He still knows how to put on a good show though.

I have been listening to The Scorpions a lot lately and Sting In The Tail is very good.
