"Shatner Claus: The Christmas Album" - William Shatner's new Holiday album!

So, I had no idea this was coming out, until like 5 minutes ago! Now, as I've said many times before, I really like Christmas albums (already bought Eric Clapton's new one

) and being a big fan of William Shatner' previous albums, I have doubt this one is going to be awesome!

Shatner Claus: The Christmas Album

Shatner will be joined on the album, which features reimaginings of 14 festive favourites, by artists including Iggy Pop, Todd Rundgren, Billy Gibbons, Ian Anderson, Rick Wakeman, Brad Paisley, Judy Collins, Mel Collins, Artimus Pyle, Joe Louis Walker, Elliot Easton and Dani Bander.

The album is said to cover genres including jazz, blues, rockabilly, bossa nova and rock’n’roll, with both Gibbons and Rundgren delivering ice-melting guitar solos.
