One of my favorite live Metal albums is none other than EXODUS's "Another Lesson In Violence." Killer recording and dear lord, that Paul Baloff's stage banter is nothing short of METAL in attitude and presentation, regardless of how sloppy his vocals may be at times. What a wicked guitar tone on this record.

I second that one dude !!! \m/

One of the most interesting newer metal bands I stumbled upon by accident, "Magic Kingdom". I've talked about them before, this album incorporated the entire gamut of different metal vocals and done with style in a conceptual format. I have all three of their albums, at least I think they've put out 3 I'll have to check.

Metallic Tragedy.

Nightfall is awesome, nice suggestion DKW.
Anyway I am after more modern thrash bands, I love my 1980s thrash bands but wondering what of the more modern era would be good to give a listen to?
