Rare album?

Hi Guys,
I have just aquired a double vinyl album of Guns 'N' Roses called Patience. It is on the Underground Records label (Under 1209). The album cover is of a topless girl with red hair. The band's name is down the l/h side and there is like a red 'W' in the bottom r/h corner.
I have searched the internet but I cannot find anything like it. Do any of you knowledgeable people have any ideas and is it rare or valuable?
