Well that whole generation is fading away with the passage of time, inevitably. The Everlys were right up there though as amongst the founding fathers of rock 'n roll, so Phil's place in history is assured, very sad to hear that he's gone.

Hearing this news last night broke my heart. Words fail me. Fortunately I have his music to enjoy and take comfort in, as do we all. Bless you Phil, thank you for the music that you and Don made, it will last forever.
