No Jacket Required by Phil Collins is among my all-time favorite albums, hard to believe it's been 40 years, one of the few Grammy winners that I actually agree with.

Just kidding a bit....he knew how to come up with radio friendly pop songs that made money for him and the others. I blame Gabriel more for leaving them and letting the band fall into that situation.
