A great 60's song and a one hit wonder for the band PEOPLE. I Love You was a cover of the Zombie's classic but this version was one that always stuck with me.



I was sad to learn that People's leader "Larry Norman" had died of heart problems in 2008.



Larry was known as the father of christian rock music and had left People after their first album was released. Their version of I Love You has stuck with me since I was a kid...I hope others share my love for this song.



Any other fans of Larry Norman's work in general please chime in.

Not much to say about this group except I put the song "I Love You" on my top ten list of singles.

Really?? Cool!!! The tune itself is just magic...I hope others that have never heard the tune enjoys it. Whne I was a kid my brother had a compilation album that had the song on it. I remember the inside had a few of the selected artists and there was a picture of Chad and Jeremy...I thought they were People.
