Hello all,
Today, my review/web article on the new Paul McCartney Flaming Pie Archive Collection Deluxe box set was published online. The link to the article is below.
I think the remastered Flaming Pie CD has a warmer sound versus the original. It was remastered at Abbey Road Studios. A few things that caught my attention from the set was the original, 1995 version of the collaboration with Dave Stewart titled Whole Life. It has a Stones type sound to it. A "Rude Cassette" version of Heaven On A Sunday has a heavy, drum machine beat to it, compared to the Flaming Pie album.
