Need help identifying pictures

A friend recently bought these pictures at an estate sale. I am almost certain they are of Randy Rhoads, who was Ozzy's guitarist during his solo career in the early 80s.

That being said, can anyone on here identify where these pictures were taken? Has anyone seen them before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
