Name this please

I am looking for a tune I found some time ago, it sounded like proto surf-garage rock, short duration, the vocals sounded a lot like "Surfin Bird" and it went like this..... "I dont care papapapapapa, i dont care papapapapa...." I know this is little info on my part, but here goes nothing...

It's been 2-3 years, it was off some blog dude who collected rare 7" and such whilst travelling...

Only thing I can think of is this one by The Ramones

I saw that, but the words don't really match. The Ramones also covered "Surfin' Bird" on that same album.

I thought of the Ramones too Tray, but if he said it sounds like 50's surfing music then I'm definitely at a loss now. Not familiar territory for me.

Thanks for the replies, indeed the "...papapapapapa" part is so repetitive it reminds me of the Rivingtons tune and "Surfin Bird" but it's not that...
