Ahh King Diamond. I'll never forget seeing him with Mercyful Fate at the Mirage in '93. I ran past the Samoan and got on stage, shook King's hand and jumped onto the crowd. We were both startled when I got up there. Him probably cause of how I got there, and me because my King Diamond poster failed to reveal that he's about 5' 4" tall.

King is that short? I would have never guessed him to be that short, maybe that's why he has such a good vocal range.

Yeah, he's pretty small. My friends and I talked about what a mean mofo he looked like way back when. We also bought into the rumor that he was Eddie Munster. Sometimes reality is a let down.:D

Really? Last I heard they were gonna quit touring under the name, and weren't going to release any new music under the name Thin Lizzy. It's not really Thin Lizzy without Phil Lynott. A Thin Lizzy album without Phil would be like a Jimi Hendrix Experience album without Jimi.

You are correct,They are not gonna call themselves Thin Lizzy out of respect for Phil&the fans,The new band is called Black Star Riders, Ricky Warwick (vocals), Scott Gorham (guitar), Damon Johnson (guitar), and Marco Mendoza (bass) with Jimmy DeGrasso on drums.
They are to start recording in Jan of 13,Really looking forward to this:grinthumb
