Killswitch are a metalcore band that formed in 1999. They play to me a heavy yet melodic type of metal with a mix of cleans and scream vocals. Had a period where they had a couple of average albums in my honest opinion but since these guys got Jesse Leach back they sound refreshed and much heavier. They have just released an album called Disarm The Descent which is the first in almost a decade to feature Jesse Leach after Howard Jones left the band. And I also think they are better with Jesse Leach back because his vocals really bring out their best music and they lacked anything inspiring from their last two albums.
