To give you a little more information about those talented kids playing in that "Come Together" video, here is a little video tour of Zounds Sounds, the school they came from...

Edit to add that the boy shown at 6:09 is Matt Musso, the boy on keyboards (and clapper) in the "Come Together" video.

Another favorite video from the Zounds Sounds kids, again featuring Jonah on vocals.

A little off topic, but what the Hell. It's rock and roll! (and it's kids who loved The Beatles)

We're all on the the highway to Hell, young or old, when you think about it.

Speaking of kids reacting to The Beatles, I always loved the song "Dear Prudence", and here is Griffin Tucker giving a nice rendition. He knows his Beatles music!

Dear Prudence - Griffin Tucker

And I'll add this performance of "Dear Prudence". This time Griffin is in the back banging away on the drums...

Griffin would like the older generation to know that The Beatles are still loved and appreciated by kids his age (he is currently 11). He does all of the vocals and plays all instruments in these two videos...

Help

Maybe I'm Amazed (He's a big Paul McCartney fan)

And here he is on lead vocals with his Beatles tribute band doing a Chuck Berry song that The Beatles covered and performed many times...

Roll Over Beethoven (live!)

Griffin Tucker...a kid us older rock fans can be proud of.

Meet Griffin Tucker

P.S. - The drummer in the "Roll Over Beethoven" video is Matt Musso, the same kid who is playing keyboards in the "Come Together" video that I posted earlier in this thread. He also plays guitar front and center in the second "Dear Prudence" video. These kids are all from Zounds Sounds, who I am a fan of.

I unearthed an old Zounds Sounds video that I can't resist adding. It's Matt Musso at an early age playing "A Hard Day's Night" with his music teacher Chris Holt back in 2009. The Beatles music will live on forever...

And this is priceless...Jonah and Matt doing "Helter Skelter" .....

I'll let Matt close out the show with a solo performance. Jonah was the coolest, but Matt was right there back in the Zounds Sounds day, and Griffin is here today.

Matt Musso!

Eight Days a Week

Okay, good night. Cheers to the kids in the first post. Couldn't resist bringing in some kids who took their love for The Beatles a step further...

:cheers2

I'll sneak in a bit of an encore. I can't believe I found this! This is a real old video of Matt and Michael Musso at a school talent show singing a Beatles song. The Musso Brothers Band from January 2008...

Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby - The Musso Brothers Band

Well, Griffin and the boys would like to do one more encore, so here we go...

Birthday

Speaking of birthdays, maybe some people may have noticed that my "Rock and Roll Birthdays" thread disappeared. Sorry about that. Apparently some glitch in the system ate it or something. No one knows for sure, it just vanished. It's a shame because there were some pretty cool videos in there, but so it goes. I don't have as much time these days to keep it up, so I'm not worried about. It was fun while it lasted.
