John Barry has passed away.

I've just heard the the great John Barry has passed away.

He was the composer of many great themes for T.V programmes,and the man behind the classic James Bond theme. He will be greatly missed.

Thank you J.B for the great music you've left us R.I.P.

Okay, does OBE mean he gets the "Sir" appellation attached to his name? I don't know much about the whole business, but I do think sometimes these little gestures are a nice touch to a worthy recipient.

Do you Know I have no idea?? Tray thinks it's KBE the knighthood when you get the Sir label. But you can be called sir or dame with the OBE. Bit confusing??
