She just released her third album last week, a triple album, titled Have One on Me. She's often compared to early Joni Mitchell because of her folky sound and i think this is a dead-on comparison. I would find it hard to believe how someone would like Joni and not at least enjoy Joanna's music. All three of her albums are phenomenal, but my personal favorite is her sophomore effort Ys. Is anyone else on here a fan of her?

Good stuff..there is that tad bit of Melanie yet again. Alot of female alternative and pop singers I hear nowadays always have that bit of Melanie IMO.

Which is not a bad thing btw.
