I just cut up a plastic milk carton cuz I can't find a pick. I've used coins as well (prefer quarters or an old deutsch mark). Any other gee-tar players out there ever had to fabricate a picking device. (God forbid I should use my fingers).

Yup!! I can't feel the strings with a pick..

My neighbor has this little device that makes picks out of gift cards. It just punches out the pick.

I tried using a dogtag once, it wasnt too comfortable tho
