How to receive email notications

Hello to everybody.
Could anybody tell me if and how is possible to set my USER CP the way that I can receive an email everytime that somebody writes on the same thread where I have already posted?

Follow this path: Go to your User CP. On the left side panel, under "Settings & Options", you click "Edit Options". On the right hand side, you'll see a section called "Messaging & Notification". Find "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and choose “Instant email notification”.
