Help wanted finding singer

Please listen to this singer from Flanders.
When I heard his new single, I realized his voice sounds like a singer that might have had a few hits in the 70's. I must have had one of his songs, but unfortunately I fail to remember his name. I suppose he was a solo singer but he could have been with a band too.

This song really reminds me of past times, voice, piano and everything.
