bookworm
You say yes. I say no.
The name is Bookworm and I'm glad to make your acquaintance. Now please alow me to ask a question thats been driving me bugabuga. I've posted this question on other boards but no one can remember or has forgotten what it was about.
Here it is;
Sometime in the 60's, the band Lovin' Spoonful got into some kind of controversy involving (GASP!) drugs. The band, or someone in the band, snitched (told, tattled,squealed,narked) on someone or another rock band and Lovin' Spoonful were branded "Narks" by the so called Rock and Roll underground.
I'm not crazy. I know this was rumored. A friend of mine, older than I was living in San Francisco in the 60's and remembers the rumour but does not remember the details.
If you can tell me what this was about you'll be my friend for life.
