you see, I didn't want to say anything but Old Martha's got a REAL bad case of the Cooties and I think kath is allergic.

be that as it may, even though I'm late, I remembered her birthday.
because, well, she's pretty damned memorable!
I hope she will one day return and make a multitude of posts.

my absence? nothing to do with yer cooties, of course. they're groovy. nooo... long story, and you know most of it. after a fairly rough summer, i came back online with a new motto: simplify. i figged my frazzled brain couldn't deal with a bunch of different sources of distraction. i'd still read here from time to time, but most of my mouth went elsewhere...along with a certain amount of ovulatory yet stylistic affection, however veiled. ahem.

and did simplifying help? nope. i'm still just as distracted.

moral of the story: drink fucquin up.
