I really like it, sounds very similar to Ferinz' stuff in Isengard and Darkthrone. The quality for blackened thrash/death metal is what I love... well done! :grinthumb

I love how it doesn't feel rushed, its taken slowly.
I also love what you guys have done with all the instruments

and is that a piano or keyboard I hear?
Or just some awesome bass?

Haiduk, are you looking for a drummer?
To me, it feels the drums are just too computer generated and just drag the entire album down. They just feel so robotic, lifeless and digital.
Otherwise your guitar's are a delight to listen to and I feel that they are the high point of your work. Your songs flow smoothly and the amount of thought gone into the guitars is golden!

Thanks very much for the feedback.
I will be looking for a session-drummer to help me record the upcoming CD, but this will most likely always stay a solo-project. There is a harp sound effect in the opening track, but other than that, I think the "piano" sound you're hearing is just the clean guitar. The drums should sound a lot better on the next CD.

Thanks.

Just curious, what software did you use? For me it sounds a bit like Cubase.

The software used for recording was Cakewalk (Project5).

Update: price increased to $10/CD.

500 copies of “Plagueswept” were produced. Less than 100 remain available for sale. There are no plans for a re-issue.

Still available at:

Haiduk is currently working on a full-length debut.

A full-length featuring all-new material has been in the works for 2 years. The 10-song concept album is set for release in the summer of 2012!

Drum-wise I decided to go with a drum machine again. But instead of the basic one used on "Plagueswept" I'm now using some of the best drum software available. The production quality is going to be better overall. Drums are real-sounding and the ability to customize every hit and perfect the tracks to an insane level of detail made it more preffered for me than working with a drummer.
