I'm going with Garbage as that album as a whole was the best track for track IMO and was an early peak for the band despite still releasing quality material. The sound was fresh at the time and the combination of Shirley's sex appeal and one of the mastermind behind the Smashing Pumpkins "Siamese Dream" was something that couldn't fail.

My favorite song on any of the album's is from Flyleaf though who's output has been consistently good:



I don't care for the pre-Tragic Kingdom No Doubt to be honest and I think Paramore is o.k. but never hit me as special in any way! Just my preference on things!
