It's close but from the first time I heard it Over to You has had a powerful effect on me. It is dead on the money of how I felt during the disillusioning that meets you with young adulthood. I love Shockwave and Junior's Eyes (the vocals are absolutely heart rending in the latter) but have to go with Over to You for number 1.

I really don't know why this album gets the bad rap it does. I know it isn't on the same level as Sabotage or anything before it but it is leaps and bounds ahead of Technical and a better album than anything without Ozzy in my opinion.
