david Bowie pin ups on rca

hi this is my first post so go easy folks
came into possession today david bowie pinups pd84653 but the rca print on cd looks very rough and feels course when u rub your finger along it
maybe a bootleg not sure
cause i have the man who sold the world on rca pd84654 and the cd is smooth and the same with young americans on rca smooth also

has anyone else seen one like this
