From the same album above The Spirit of '76 Randy California and his band do a good cover of HEY JOE in a similar way that his old mate Jimi Hendrix covered it that weighs in at 6 minutes & 30 seconds.

I have about a dozen Randy California solo & with Spirit cd/albums from the 1970s-1990s and one of them is The Spirit of '76 although I haven't listened to it for several years now.
