You are the biggest Cars fan I know.:D

I've been playing them quite a bit the last while, still love them and Panorama is holding top spot as my favorite, that's not likely to change anytime soon.

I know some people who are bigger fans than I am, and they kind of creep me out.

As for Panorama, it didn't really grip me until "Running to You". That intro.

I don't why Panorama hit me so hard when I bought it all those years ago...but it just had a vibe that I thoroughly loved from the first listen to now.

I have three versions, the regular CD, not that good....and a very nice HDCD which is excellent, and my original vinyl edition which I've made a HQ tape of that I play to preserve my old vinyl as long as possible.

Hello, this is my first post on the Classic Rock forum. I'm sorry to say that these Cars reissues that were supposed to have been released by Demon Music Group next month have been cancelled. I've been told this by Demon themselves. They're not 100% sure if they will be released at a later date or not. They said that they were just as disappointed as the fans who were looking forward to these releases. The cancellation was caused by Warner Bros. Records in the USA (who own The Cars back-catalogue) changing their mind and deciding not to give Demon the rights to release The Cars catalogue, for reasons unknown. I was really looking forward to these releases and especially the Rock Goes To College DVD that came with the first two albums. :(
