Breaking Benjamin​

This is one of those no flash, straight ahead rock groups that deserves a lot of cred nonetheless! They manage to make rock that's as hard as any other but has a beauty to it nonetheless because they no melody and the vocalist is IMO the best in it's class of rock. I've seen the band live twice and even when he was sick the first show he could still out sing half the alternative bands. The way he can soften his vocals and scream like he does is great! Anyway, not much more to say but these guys had to have the own thread!

(more radio friendly but their best work IMO, a gloomy, melodic, solid album)

(beautiful pop melody)


Rain
(Gorgeous acoustic using a familiar tune)

Crazy as it sounds, I have all of their CD's but have only listened to the music coming from my daughter's bedroom!.... She loves this band.

Glad to see these guys getting a listen! Seriously, IMO an example of how new rock is not the death knell to music. These guys are a really solid band and at their best really take me aback with their melodies!

Catching up on some tunes!! Man, Saturate is heavy and melodic...total screamo and what a contrast to Forever!!

That's a beautiful tune...it's like..is it the same band??

Checked out We Are Not Alone tracks too...Rain and Firefly are my favorites from that batch!!

I like this band...another one I may be picking up. Digging the variety.

Listened to the Phobia tracks...The Diary Of Jane is really cool...not a bad acoustic rendition either.

This has to be one of my favorite bands that YOU'VE shown us Soot.
