Moved to the video section.

When Bohemian Rhapsody was first released it was a revelation, nothing had ever sounded quite like it before. But over the years radio stations seemed to play it so much I lost my appetite for it.

But after years of not playing it, and I don't listen to FM anymore I can listen to it and enjoy it again.

I used to go mad for the song, but listened to it that much I gave it overkill. I didn't buy the single until it's re-release in 1991 just after Freddie died.

^^^ I think it's definitely one of those overdone "stick a fork in it" type songs much like Stairway to Heaven that people hear on the radio and think "Is THIS all this band has to offer?", so they totally dismiss Queen as a whole based on that one song.

I remember upon first hearing it I thought it was much too all over the place but it eventually grew on me. I tried to get my ex to like it but he wouldn't get into it but thankfully he liked a lot of Queen's other stuff. I love the video though and Freddie's unsurpassable energy and **** bottomless mic stand.
