That’s a pretty good run of albums I love.
I like listening to many of Rush’s albums but this short list represents a collection that I return to over and over and over and often.

I was recently inspired to reconsider this thread.

Electric Light Orchestra:
Eldorado
Face The Music
A New World Record
Out Of The Blue
Amazing output there!

I think Sting had three really good records in a row also.
The Dream Of The Blue Turtle
…Nothing Like The Sun
Soul Cages

I don’t think I previously listed Billy Squier but he was riding a high wave with Don’t Say No, Emotions In Motion, and Signs Of Life. Those are great albums.

Foreigner had a very good four album run with Foreigner, Double Vision, Head Games, and 4.

My favorite three album run with Journey:
Infinity
Evolution
Escape

Pearl Jam had a solid start with Ten, Vs, and Vitalogy but I just don’t fully enjoy No Code.

I think for Yes you mean The Yes Album. The one simply titled Yes was their debut and most people seem to think their first two were rather weak (I don't share that view though and particularly like T&AW which I feel is very underrated.).

Also, I personally don't really consider Steely Dan to be prog but some do. To me they were more like jazz rock but not fusion.
