Henry Paul! Darn, I forgot about him and I lived two houses away from the guy in Sulfur Springs, a section of Tampa just after he left the Outlaws. And, did anyone mention the Outlaws, or how about Molly Hatchet. I saw them on the beach in Daytona with that band that did the Cover Of A Rolling Stone song, I forget there names.

Detective was a tier 2 "supergroup" which included vocalist Michael Des Barres from the glam rock band Silverhead; keyboardist Tony Kaye from Yes, Flash, and Badger; Michael Monarch on guitar from Steppenwolf; bassist Bobby Pickett from Sugarloaf; and on drums Jon Hyde. Jimmy Page signed them to the Swan Song label and released the s/t debut in 1977 accompanied by the single Recognition. A "poor man's" Led Zeppelin/Bad Co.

The following year It Takes One to Know One was released but was not as solid as thier first, though it contained some hard rock punches. A forgettable live album was issued the same year and they disbanded.

Dr. Hook and the Medicine show did "Cover of The Rolling Stone":grinthumb
and I don't believe Outlaws or Molly Hatchet are very forgotten at all.. they still get a good amount of attention:)

Hustler was a hard rock/boogie band from the UK. High Street was released in 1974 followed by the improved Play Loud(1975).
