I gotta admit that even though I like rock music and all, this composer has always had a place in my inner playlist. Here is a song that I think is the first released tune from Aphilas:

That's some fairly laid back beats. Where is this band from? Can you give us more information on Aphilas.

I'm not correctly sure but I think aphilas started as a side project from a composer with an alias of "huminakirjuri". He had already made some (underground apparently) electro stuff but after changing to new equipment, started to make more slowed down beats with more relaxed soundscapes. They quickly formed a duo with another beat artist and thus started to release stuff under the name "aphilas".

Personally I love the Instrumentally Ill Ep. Later tracks are a bit more obscure and they lack the relaxed spirit which tracks from Instrumentally Ill had.
