Acetates

Anybody remember "when we got the beatles acetates" either the band (which I don't think) or another band who heard and was impressed by what they heard. Anyone kinda know what person or band (or what year) was talking about getting the acetates??

It was the second Dick Cavett (John Lennon) show at the end...it was about people or a guy NOT liking what they heard on the Acetates. LOL! Also I found Yoko commenty on her "screaming"
