With most grunge rock bands coming through I reckon these 2 acca dacca albums get way overlooked.

I don't know how overlooked "The Razor's Edge" actually was. It was a huge success, at least in the US it was anyway. "Thunderstruck" is one of their most played songs on the radio in my area.

Probably wasnt in the true sense of the word but it came not long before grunge rock came into the picture then it was more about that music.
Ballbreaker definitely gets overlooked though moreso. These days in my opinion both albums do get overlooked, when people talk about ac/dc a lot they seem to only know about Back in Black and Highway to hell. Not all do but most only remember Ac/dc by those 2 records.

I have to agree, Riff Raff....some of the deeper cuts from AC/DC are on Ballbreaker.

I really like the groove on Boogie Man:

Another really good song off of Ballbreaker:

This album has some good songwriting and is very slick and polished as far as production goes.

Thunderstruck and Moneytalks get played a lot but I refer to the overlooked songs like Rock Your Heart Out, Got You By the Balls and Shot of Love :D

Cosmic is mostly right. The Razor's Edge sold a lot of copies.

However, the basic premise is very accurate. Some of the Brian Johnson albums are very overlooked, particularly Fly on the Wall, Flick of the Switch and Blow up Your Video. Ballbreaker also falls into that category.

The Razor's Edge is my favorite AC/DC album actually and the very first album of theirs that I owned on cd, though I owned other albums of theirs before that on tape and vinyl. I consider it rock solid from start to finish.

I find alot of these albums get overlooked as a whole...it's not the old days of FM radio when they spun what they wanted...and every show was different...meaning you could tune into a certain DJ and know what to expect from him or her.

Back then...almost every tune would have had a spin from these albums at least once or twice (or more).
