Early in 2010, February 15 on the Monday to be precise I attended the Black Ice concert in Melbourne.
The side act was Wolfmother which I didnt particularly like sitting through, not a big fan of them but in the end it was worth the wait.
Basically starts with a little clip above the stage of a train running off the tracks, they come on with an awesome reception and start Rock n Roll Train.
Once that was done they got into some of the really old stuff like Hell Aint a Bad Place to Be, Back in Black. Played more new stuff like Big Jack, War Machine later on. I was happy to see the Bon Scott tributes around the arena as well, they played more older material like The Jack, Dirty Deeds, Whole Lotta Rosie, Shot Down in Flames and Hells Bells.
Towards the end were Let There be Rock, TNT and For Those About to Rock, I left the stadium after For Those one very happy Ac/dc fan.
The atmosphere was great, crowd got into it especially with Thunderstruck and War Machine. My previous concert was 2001 also Ac/dc lol
This one topped it though, was a great gig, may not get that chance again so Im glad I went.
As I said the concert was teriffic, noone was being idiots in the crowd, everyone was there just for ac/dc and rockin out.
