Sounds a teensy bit like The Ramones to me, but not sure if it is them.

I have listened to (#1976: "Ramones" till #1984: "Too Tough To Die"). All tracks sounds nice, but are unfortunately different to my unknown track.

rock guitars "Ramones": hard played, at least 2 guitarists
rock guitar "nameless song": sounds often like a surf guitar (absolutely not sure), one guitarist (do not think more)
