Lesser known British band, Bachdenkel, right on 1970.

Couldn't mention 1970 without name checking Isle of Wight 1970..

    Taste - What's Goin' On.
Rory & co came on between Procol Harum and Tony Joe White.
As a muso..golden era for me WEM amps, Orange topboxes and the Vox.

Hot on the heels of the skinhead movement came Reggae and Trojan.
Never forget my local reggae singles shop doubled as a porno mag & poster outlet ran by two great gay guys...fighting thru' pictures of girls that didn't ....well 'Bushwhack' back then, let's say.
These two floorshakers take me back to this album from said year:
    Price-14/9d.

Toots And The Maytals - Monkey Man.

    Nora Dean - Barbwire.

One of the saddest losses ever, we lost Jimi Hendrix in 1970: i remember the media splash said " Hendrix didn't die, God just wanted guitar lessons".

Jimi Hendrix - All Along The Watchtower.

My favorite of Hendrix but the best version in floating around out there; being taking off YouTube all the time.

This is a cover, with quality close to that one.
