Apologies if recent shows by Robert Plant have already been discussed here - but I saw him play in London last night....and it was AMAZING. I went along with pretty low expectations to be honest...just to tick off another Legend on my list...and I was bracing myself for all the faux-Alabama...- Big Generator

Eccentric Man - yes, most people are able to control their drinking and drug use - but addicts and alcoholics can't. I'm sure your drummer has all the good intentions about 'cutting down' and 'checking into rehab in the summer' - but if he is a genuine alcoholic he won't recover unless he stops...- Big Generator

Honestly DC...it's a tough situation....but he'll suck you dry and his illness will get worse and worse the more people indulge it or try to 'reason' with him or give him attention while he's still using. It sounds like he wants help on some level - but is looking in the wrong places to find it...- Big Generator
