    Seems to me that actually playing an instrument isn't anywhere near being important as it was back in the Prehistoric days. Anyone with a computer can put out "Music". Canned instruments and auto tune appear to the norm nowadays. God I miss talent.

    These two opened for Blackberry Smoke Saturday night. Spawned from the ashes of British Alternative band Kill it Kid Chris Turpin and Stephanie Jean dissolved the band and went out as Ida Mae. What a pleasant surprise. Two people and 1 guitar and a huge sound. And one from Kill it Kid.
