I remember the Enjoli commercial that was an ode to this song, but this is the first time I'm hearing any other version of it. The lovely Raquel Welch actually does a nice job here. While it's an easy part with mostly spoken words, she has a beautiful voice. 7.5/10- Aero

Not bad? It's freakin' awesome! This is one of the best pop rock songs of the 80s and I love everything from the galloping guitar to the singer's vocal delivery. You can feel the optimism of the 80s in this one like an electric current off a live wire. 9.5/10- Aero

Super heavy guitar tone. I like the chuga-chugas, but the riff gets old after a bit. This music is pretty out there and the album cover does a good job of painting you a picture of what this would look like if visualized. 6/10- Aero

I hadn't heard anything else from her other than her big hit, Kids In America. It looks that by 1988, she and her band had dropped the New Wave sound and went all poppy. I was never a big Ted Nugent fan but I did like the riff to this one...although maybe not for the entire 5 minutes. What I take exception with is his blanket term of "white men" causing the near extinction of the white buffalo. Most of these "white men" were Spanish and Portuguese colonists. So...- Aero

Always wanted to hear a Perry Como song. Very smooth voice...I can see why he was a popular crooner in his time.
