    Saga (Official Thread)

Yeah, the main reason I went was to see Eddie Money. He put on a solid show. He had a current hit (fairly current anyway) Shakin. Two Tickets to Paradise was my favorite though.

    Saga (Official Thread)

I saw Saga in 1984 in San Juan Puerto Rico. Eddie Money opened for them. Very good show. I was pretty messed up that night.

Toys in the Attic. Adams Apple was my favorite song, with No More, No More being a close second.

Original KISS drummer Peter Criss "Makeup To Breakup" book cover revealed

Ace Frehley's is a must read, especially for Kiss fans. I'll be picking up Peter's book too. Him and Ace had some wild times according to Ace.

Top 10 Loudest Bands of All Time

Ted Nugent 1980. I saw Kiss 6 months earlier and my ears rang until the next morning. After Ted, I didn't have a ringing, but a very noticeable muffling for a couple of days. He was louder than hell during the Scream Dream tour. It probably didn't help that I saw him in a very small arena...

Yep, probably could have been the best song on Psycho. Makes me wonder what Bruce Fairbarn was thinking.

My favorite Ace costume was from Hotter Than Hell.

    KISS (Official Thread)

If you listen to Kiss's demo before the first album, it rocked way more than the debut.

    KISS (Official Thread)

Yep, my cousin had it late spring of 75. I couldn't stop looking at it. Great music too. Just wish they would have gotten Eddie Kramer to produce that album instead of Neil Bogart. The first 3 albums would have been so much better with different producers. Don't get me wrong, I love the first...

    April Wine (Official Thread)

Re: April Wine If you see Kay!! Get it?? I didn't. Somebody had to tell me. April Wine is special to me. My Junior year, I took this girl to prom. "Just Between You and Me" was the theme song for the prom. After the Prom, I bought "Nature of the Beast". Great album. I married that girl last...

    KISS (Official Thread)

I'm not sure. I know they did an HBO special in the 70's of one of the concerts in Japan, I think it's the one that is on Kissology Volume 1. There may be a DVD of just that show, but I'm not sure. I would say personally, my favorite tour to see them would be the Dressed to Kill/Alive tour. I...

    KISS (Official Thread)

I though the video of "She" for the Midnight Special, showed Peter at the peak of his powers. Even the video of Kiss during the Alive tour at Cobo Hall, I thought he was getting sloppy.

Yeah, by the end of the show, his makeup is basically gone.

Re: IRON MAIDEN, ALICE COOPER, DEF LEPPARD, POISON Confirmed For Wisconsin's ROCK FES I wonder how much paint thinner will be swilled, eh Lynch?

    KISS (Official Thread)

It was a good read. If you are expecting any new dirt on Kiss, there isn't any. Ace basically explains his love of cocaine and alcohol. A couple pretty good tour stories. I watched Kissology Volume 1 this weekend, trying to pinpoint when Ace and Peter started doing alot of blow. I came up with...

I got Ace's book yesterday for Valentines Day. I can't wait to read it. I read a couple of pages before getting "the look". I thought a glass of champagne and a good read, the wife had other ideas. Glad I put the book down. I'll let you know what I thought after I'm done.

    Judas Priest: The '70's

That would be the rankings for me too. Stained Class a very close second. Love the songs: Invader, Better By You Better than Me, and White Heat Red Hot.
